Of the 8,000 respondents, the majority recommend different types of goods, services, restaurants and experiences several times a month or even every week. We had a theory that different employment statuses would reflect the willingness and drive to verbally recommend products.
The result shows us that the different employment groups have actually responded differently, with parental leavers being the ones recommending products to their peers more often than any other group. Almost 40% of them recommend products every week.
