Smartson and Boxholm Cheese have together conducted three different activities on the theme of engaging marketing and consumer dialouge. Take part of the campaign's approach - how do you reach out with your brand during 2015?
The Mission - to create dialouge about the brand's new range
Both new and exisiting consumers have, with impressive responses, reviewed the cheese and also provided feedback on the packaging through smartson.se and social media. Boxholm's Cheese sees the value of sharevertising as they've gained new and loyal customers through an open and transparent dialouge.
- We wanted to try a new approach and chose to work with Smartson for the launch of our Tellicherry Pepper Cheese. We could then use the result for our sales team as well as to attract new consumers, says Christer Lundin, CEO at Boxholm Dairy.

For the launch of the tasty Tellicherry Pepper cheese, Smartson's visitors got the opportunity to discover, experience and recommend the cheese to their friends. A total of 10,824 people applied to get a spot among the 500 seats available. The cheese received a crowdscore of “86% would recommend” which have been highlighted in the company's communication strategy as well as on smartson.se.

Vote for the future packaging
Prior to the re-launch, Boxholm's design team got some help from the people who were involved in the test of Tellicherry Pepper. Their misson was to vote on the three design proposals and to justify their answers. The survery yielded both quantitative and qualitative answers. Those who took part were given a voucher for a cheese from Boxholm's Cheese as a thank you.

A new suit for Boxholm's Cheese - try any flavour

Prior to the launch of the new packaging in the cheese counter, we invited new consumers who could choose any cheese from the assortment and share their experiences through a shared blog. A whopping 14,526 people applied to take part in the tasting. The recruitment was carried out through smartson.se, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google+. Boxholm Dairy produces mild, aged and flavoured hard cheeses and produce around 1,700 tons of cheese every year. Since the start in 1890, our cheeses are made of curdled milk from nearby farms and even today all of them are within a five mile radius.
