Role 1: Account Manager (1 colleague wanted)
In the role as Account Manager at Smartson you have a passion for digital marketing and sales. As a person, we believe that you have an outgoing and positive way of communicating and that you always put the customers need at the centre. You easily build long-term relationships. Commitment and drive are two important qualities for success. You are responsible for the entire chain - from sales to, together with the team at Smartson, create engaging campaigns. Merits would include:
- Have a passion for digital marketing and sales
- Proven sales experience is a plus
- Trained in marketing or sales
- Is purposeful, sustained and result-oriented
- Like to travel in the job - you happily meet our partners in Flen and London the same week if the opportunity arises. You have a driving license but car is not required.
- Ability to communicate in text and speech (fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement)

Customer acquisitions: Research and acquiring new customers (3 colleagues wanted)
Service 2: Focus on the UK market
Your main role as a meeting booker is to identify, contact and book qualified sales meetings (service sales in the B2B) with potential customers in the markets we serve. With the phone and the computer as the main tool you will have daily contact with the decision makers in diverse industries and operations.
About the positionEmployment: 10-15 hours per week.Salary: Hourly plus commission per booked meeting.Requirements: It's a plus if you grew up or lived in the UK, and have experience in sales/booking meetings. High digital understanding is a plus to be able to communicate with customers in the best way.Start: By agreement
Service 3: Focus on working the Dutch market as well as working with campaigns when the need arises.
Your main role as a meeting booker is to identify, contact and book qualified sale meetings (service sales in the B2B area) with potential customers in the markets we serve. With the phone and the computer as the main tool you will have daily contact with decision makers in diverse industries and operations.
About the positionEmployment: 5-15 hours per week.Salary: Hourly plus commission per booked meeting.Requirements: It's a plus if you have Dutch background and experience in sales/booking meetings. High digital understanding and good writing skills are important qualities for this role.Start: By agreement
Service 4: Focus on working the Nordic market, with emphasis on Sweden
Your main role as a meeting booker is to identify, contact and book qualified sale meetings (service sales in the B2B area) with potential customers in the markets we serve. With the phone and the computer as the main tool you will have daily contact with decision makers in diverse industries and operations.
About the positionEmployment: 15-20 hours per week.Salary: Hourly plus commission per booked meeting.Requirements: Good if you have experience in sales/booking meetings. High digital understanding and a plus if you speak Norwegian, Danish or Finnish.Start: By agreement
