Every month we engage thousands of test pilots in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands and Spain We are now looking for someone with good language skills, a high level of service and who's at the forefront of social media. Your workplace will be based in Smartson's offices in central Stockholm.
Opportunity 1: Smartson Support assistantAs the Support Assistant you will help our test pilots to conduct their tests by answering questions through our support channel and social media. The working hours are weekdays between 9am to 12pm.
- You have a high understanding of how social media is used today.
- You have a high level of service and love to help others.
- You have the ability to express yourself in speech and writing. It's a plus if you master any other Nordic languages like Dutch or Spanish, but it's not required.
- You are able to multitask and perform in a fast pace.
- It's an advantage if you have education in digital media or communication.
Opportunity 2: Support and translationRight now our research group is looking for someone fluent in Danish or Norweigan for both speech and writing. The work will be based on demand, and on the number of campaigns we carry out at the moment. It's preferred if you have documented experience in writing and communication in social media. It is a plus if you can work from our office at Kungsholmen, although some remote work is also possible.
Opportunity 3: Internships 2016We accept trainees in web development, media production and sales - in order for everyone to have a beneficial reletionship, we would like this period to last at least 6 weeks. There's an advantage if you can carry out your internship in relation to your education or directly after graduation.
