We are looking for a part time employee who would love to create engaging conversation in our Finnish assignments and provide good support to Smartson’s users. As a Support Assistant, you will help us monitor and answer questions in our social media channels and handle cases in the Zendesk support system. You will also participate in our Finnish media productions – both in the field and in editing user-generated content. The service is based at our office in Kungsholmen, but part of the work can be done elsewhere.

- Good knowledge of Finnish, Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Sharp writer who can translate to Finnish
- A good understanding of social media
- You can work on multiple assignments at the same time and at a fast pace
- Previous experience on similar tasks is a plus but no requirement
