Hello Johan Littorin at Vimla! Can you tell us a bit why you chose Smartson and sharevertising?
- We know that we have satisfied customers but we wanted proof of that satisfaction to use in our marketing. Smartson is well known and has a good reputation when it comes to consumer tests and we wanted to take part of that. The whole approach of sharevertising is interesting - it’s a convenient way to reach the target audience and because it’s the users themselves who leaves the reviews, it creates a credible end result.
A whooping 90% of the test pilots choose to recommend Vimla to a friend, how does that feel?
- It is of course fantastic that 9 out of 10 people choose to recommend Vimla to a friend - it’s proof that we are doing good things! Vimlas whole approach is all about recommendations, in other words, to make sure the users are so pleased with our servie that they’d want to recommend Vimla to their friends.
How will you use your crowdscore?
- We are, as I said, very proud of the result from the campaign and we are already pointing out the result from Smartson on our website.

- When a person can vouch for their experience with our service it sends a strong message to new potential customers, it means they can be safe in their decision to use Vimla.
